Follow the tips below when taking your pet’s photo! If you aren’t able to follow these steps exactly, don’t worry! We have a dedicated team who check all orders and photos as they come in.

If your photo doesn’t meet our criteria, we’ll let you know within 1 hour of receiving your order, and help you choose a more suitable one!

• Close up photos work best!

• Take your photo at eye level with your pet.

• Take your photo in natural daylight and don’t use flash.

• Try to get your pet to sit or stay still – make sure there’s no blur.

• Make sure long floppy ears are in the photo and are not out of frame.

We offer modern pet portraits for up to 4 pets in one print. We plan on expanding to offer up to 6 pets in future.

To find the right portrait for your fur family, click the main menu and find multiple pets.

Yes, Crown and Paw offer free previews and unlimited edits on all orders. You usually see a proof of your pet art 1-2 days after placing your order. Request any edits or approve for printing and shipping.

We check all pet photos as we receive new orders. If there’s an issue we’ll contact you via email to request more photos of your fur baby.

The best photos are taken in natural daylight (no flash), and at eye-level with your pet.

If you don’t like your custom artwork we will edit it as per your requests. We print once you tell us you’re happy.

    I bought the Lord and Lady for my best friend and her family. She has never owned dogs before Baxter and Lucy. The whole family was so pleased. They put it in a very special spot and smile and giggle when they go by it. They thought it was totally amazing. My son bought one for his dog in Nova Scotia and then I got one of my daughter’s cat and the one for my friend and my son has now ordered his dad’s two dogs. Our family loves the art work that is done and the pictures are beautifully done. Great job.
